Although there exists a range of service model options, one of the most popular options chosen is the fully engaged and financed model.
Under this arrangement, SymbionHR takes on all legal, administrative and risk responsibilities of engaging the worker and, in addition, arranges payment for the worker on their agreed regular payroll cycle. SymbionHR will then invoice our clients for the processed payroll on agreed terms. This helps to ensure a smooth payment process and assists our clients with their cashflow planning. Like any business service charges our agreed service fees are tax deductible as a business expense, further increasing the value gained.
Finance is an optional service and assessed against standard lending criteria and only offered to approved applicants.
