1. Your privacy is important
SymbionHR recognises the fact that privacy of personal information is important to individuals. We treat any personal contact details collected as a result of enquiries, purchases, requests, etc, in the strictest confidence. Under no circumstances will any information collected be sold or passed onto any third parties. We will never make your email address available to any other company or organisation without prior consent.
Personal information for our business purposes is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and largely in the control of the individual. Except where otherwise legally appropriate we will treat your personal information as private.

We are principally a professional engagement organisation. As such we can utilise a number of facilities and functions including offices, the Internet, promotional material (using various forms including paper and electronic mail outs), credit and other card systems, and reward schemes.

Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obtain personal information from time to time. We will however not be unduly intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business. If you have received any promotional material, and do not wish to receive it, then please contact us and will remove you from our listing immediately.

As part of us keeping your personal information private we only allow access on a need to know basis, or to conduct business related activities. Access to such information within our organisation is restricted to senior, authorised personnel.

In accordance with the privacy law we give you access to your personal information we hold and you can correct misinformation (except where it would be inappropriate or exempted by law e.g. - where it would require disclosing someone else's personal information, but we will provide you with reasons). Our site also uses cookies to keep track of your visits and make the website run efficiently whenever you visit.
